North Park University COVID-19 Signage

When the pandemic hit, North Park University quickly pivoted to a remote learning format. By late summer, we knew we would be returning to a very different campus, with new rules and socially-distanced classrooms. I was assigned to spearhead the design for all things health and safety signage. This included the rebranding of CDC signage and creation of brand-new signs that would be printed in large quantities and placed all over campus. In close collaboration with a project manager and the campus safety team, we developed signage that would comply with Chicago regulations and clearly convey safety standards. Within a few weeks, these ideas went from a Word document to campus green spaces and walls.
